Plenty of electric vehicles arrive in South Africa through an importer with a website and a warehouse somewhere else. That works beautifully right up until the first fault — at which point the vehicle sits under a tarpaulin waiting for a part that was never stocked.
We took the other route. Rubik Solutions holds stock, spares and a workshop at 15 Acacia Business Park in Shakashead. Your vehicle is delivered by us, serviced by us, and its warranty is honoured by us. If something goes wrong, you phone us and a person answers.
Rubik Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a VAT-registered vendor, so every sale comes with a proper tax invoice — which is what your accountant, your body corporate or your estate's finance committee will want to see.
