How do I get my history?

ChatGPT: Settings → Data controls → Export data → Confirm. You'll get an email (can take a few hours) - download the .zip and upload it here.

Claude: Settings → Privacy → Export data. Download the .zip from the email and upload it here.

Gemini, Copilot or the quickest way: ask your old assistant "Tell me everything you know about me - my work, family, projects, preferences and goals - as a detailed list." Copy its answer and tap Paste instead.

Only what you wrote is used (not the old AI's answers). Your file isn't stored - Rubik AI keeps just the summary below, which you can delete any time. Importing uses a little of your allowance.
